  • Checked before charged.

    Your account is checked before you pay, and if the check fails or has no answer within 10 minutes, nothing is charged.

How long does delivery take?
About 1–2 hours for 500,000 coins and about 2–4 hours for 1,000,000, as of 5 October 2026. Coins arrive in small transfers, and your order page keeps a live estimate.
What if delivery is late?
Your order page says so and shows a new estimate; if the market stalls, we email you too. Until all your coins have arrived, you can still withdraw for the rest. Honest estimates
When am I charged?
Only after your club passes our readiness check. If something needs fixing, we tell you exactly what, and nothing is charged until it passes.
What if the amount is wrong?
If fewer coins arrive than you ordered, or you’re charged twice, our refund promise covers it. We refund the difference to your payment method automatically. No form, no waiting for a reply. Refunds without asking
What do you need from me?
Your EA account email, password and three backup codes. They’re used only to deliver your coins, and deleted when delivery ends, with a timestamp.
